Let use wikidata identifiers for authors without an ORCID

I can't provide an ORCID for many authors:

• dead people which never got an ORCID and will never get one
• alive authors which do not have an ORCID for whatever reason

Additional context

This would permit giving credit to dead authors which will never get an ORCID, but are commonly cited in scientific databases like GBIF

I think wikidata identifiers would also permit to cite impersonated authors like institutions, scientific projects, research expeditions, NGO associations, ... which I guess are not that frequently (if ever) associated to ORCID ids nor ROR (which focuses in big institutions, but not small groups of people).
