Description

The command line argument exclude_columns which setsMaxwellConfig.excludeColumns link is not present in the documentation. Could the option exclude_columns be added to the docs?

Moreover, we could only get this working if the string of comma separated values began with a leading comma. If this is intentional behaviour, could this also be documented?
