Using bash GNU getopt implementation #120

Hi!

After installing gnu-getopt plugin on several MACOSX machines, I think that switching to pure bash is a good idea. What do you think on including something like: https://github.com/agriffis/pure-getopt/blob/master/getopt.bash?
