Now V8 Runtime compatibile

Not really an issue just a note that I was able to get the underlying Twitter-lib updated to work with the V8 runtime. So, I went ahead and updated the current V0.6.0 spreadsheet to run by default on V8 and to use the updated library version. However, it may be worth noting that all existing installs of this will break when Google forces the V8 runtime on everyone at some future date.
