Somebody needs to rewrite the French and the Japanese guides using the English guide as the source of truth.

OK, the Japanese translations are ready.
But I've just made a PR to fix some flaws in the English guide before I updated the Japanese guide.

@beowulfenator Thank you for your excellent work. The new guide is a great help for understanding not only the extension but also ES itself.
