Description
Fixes #3486
A first draft on reformatting the "Hooks" part of the documentation.
The table on "Predefined Hooks" needs some more research on my part to fill everything out correctly.
Further ideas on what to add or move definitely welcome.
(Typo pre-defined -> predefined fixed where found: Cambridge dictionary)
