React className property supports only one class

Explanation

Use multiple class names in Tags component's property className cause an error.
Example: className="form-control d-flex"

• What is the expected behavior?
  You probably should parse the string and call toggleClass multiple times.

• What is happening instead?
  toggleClass accepts only one class at once.
