XWII_EVENT_GONE isn't always send

My application is trying to be hotplug aware, so it should though. Most of the time it does got send, but every 1 out of 4 tries it doesn't.

Also, there seems to be no difference in calling xwii_monitor_new() with poll = true or poll = false, in both cases I get send the XWII_EVENT_GONE event.
