[xspec.io] domain name renewed

xspec.io domain name registration will expire on december, 31st.
I've renewed it, for one year.

I also saw your comment #1593 (comment) and I think you raise a good question about whether xspec.io provides current value or the potential to develop into more. There was discussion about it at #600. Right now, I don't really use xspec.io and there is not much content there, but maybe it could grow to become more useful.

In case we are leaning away from xspec.io, does it need a replacement for technical reasons related to the Oxygen add-on?
