http api options and https api

Until now I know the following working options using API
/1/workers
/1/miners
/2/summary

Are any others ? and where can I find them.

Also, I have an html page to format the /1/workers option, but when I try to upload the page in githubpages, it refuse to connect because API is http. Is there any way to configure the API as https ?
