The name here - http://www.xmetdb.org/xmetdb/protocol/XMETDB1 - is incorrect (I think it should be 1-(5-hydroxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-piperazine).

Hi Andy, when I throw the name in the entry through OPSIN, I indeed get a different structure.

The name of the compound is from the paper... so either OPSIN is wrong, or the paper is wrong...

(though the paper never claims to use IUPAC names... right?)
