UI design tool name. Please describe.
Penpot is design & prototype tool like Figma that is open source web based tool, just like xLayers. https://penpot.app/

File format
Penpot's file format is SVG, that is also an open standard. https://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/

Why do you need to have this new support?
It would be beyond amazing if we have full open source tools from start to finish in web dev workflow: designing & prototyping in Penpot then generating code in xLayers!
