可加载地图，但是在Layer中未显示子图层 #4

插件安装后，按照使用说明可以加载地图，但是不能在Layer中显示子图层，请问下是什么问题？使用不对吗？

如图所示：

我的版本：ArcGis10.2.0, PreArcBruTile 0.4.1, Win7 x64

另外，还想请问下下载切片的功能，下载后是保存在何处？
