Managetment Tap. Error 500

Hello..
When I want to access the [Management], I get an server error 500.
the page is trying to access www.site.org/nexusphp
is this correct?
and why am i getting the error?

Check the error log, which is located in the /tmp directory by default. If you don't see any problems, try deleting the log file
