自定义acme v2不支持google的gts吗？

支持，不过他们彻底没有提供浏览器支持，需要手动调用一下 acmeReadDirGotoCORS() 进入跨域兼容模式

已经更新了一下代码，对不支持跨域的地址，现在会自动调用 acmeReadDirGotoCORS() 显示跨域兼容操作步骤

1.0.230820 版本证书颁发机构选项列表已增加 Google Trust Services 选项
