The bottom-right corner is not styled correctly when using a (non-touch-based) mouse.

Steps to reproduce: use xi-mac with an external mouse plugged in (other than the Apple Magic Mouse)

At the bare minimum the corner should use the same color as the scrollbar background. Ideally it should also show a pattern that indicates that the window is resizable (common on other platforms).
