Getting any detail about function creation failure

Hi, I'm getting some random failure in Function.create while upgrading from 3.41 to 3.45. Most of the time the function creation works, but other times, it just fails without details:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: error creating function
	at org.sqlite.Function.create(Function.java:112)

Is there any debug setting that I can use, to get the failure reason from Sqlite?
