Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a warning that is presented in check sequence if your face images are too big.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create 2 new preferences.

  • Option to auto downsample a face. Default NOT checked.
  • Maximum resolution for an image that's used for a face. A reasonable default may be whatever is used to generate the check sequence warning.
  • Maybe give an option to keep original images

This can be done with ffmpeg with ffmpeg -i input.jpg -vf scale=320:240 output_320x240.png.

When faces are imported the preferences above would be honored.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Turn off the check sequence message.

should probably have the option to make effects larger as well. If I import a matrix onto my television virtual grid, the effects are shrunk and text is unreadable
