Describe the bug

"Failed to start 'Easy Effects': Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying" when launching. I noted this issue has been raised before in 2022. I am using Debian 12 with KDE Plasma 5.27.5. I have no issue running EE with Kbuntu with KDE Plasma there.

Based on the issues Debian users had in the last months the first thing to do is finding a third party repository providing a newer PipeWire release. The one in the Debian's repository is too old. This fixed some of the problems other Debian users had.
