What package are you using?

Describe the bug

GNOME excludes release descriptions from translation to reduce the number of translatable strings and to help translators.

You may consider marking old release descriptions as untranslatable.

I think not everybody is going to check release notes more than two or three releases old.

Expected Behavior

Translate less strings.
