“如果验证者不处于锁定阶段，并且当前提案的区块是有效的 则投票给nill。”这不知道你是不是翻译问题，明显错，不处于锁定状态，当前proposed的区块又有效，投票给当前这个proposed的区块啊。咋会投票给nil。 并且nil这个单词你也写错为nill
