hasPublishedPosts returning the user, after they have had all their posts deleted and emptied from trash

Hi,

I just want to see if this is intended functionality, or a bug. I have a user (Joe Bloggs) that creates and publishes a blog post. Then, delete that post and delete from trash. When doing the request below, the user is returned, even though they no longer have a current published post, which you can see from their posts.nodes array being empty.

I'm wondering if the "hasPublishedPosts" is meant to be "has currently published posts", or is working as intended as "has ever published a post". When using "where: {hasPublishedPosts: POST}", I'd expect Joe Bloggs to not be returned.
