Steps to reproduce the issue:

Give depth => 3 on wp_nav_menu() array. and please check whether it's working or not (for me it's not)

What I expected:

It would be great it will show three-step of sub-menus if give 3 as depth.

What happened instead:

it's showing only one dropdown and not showing further dropdowns.

Got the same problem, currently i'm figger out too fix. If i got this, i will share it with you guys,

With v3 Bootstrap switched to a mobile-first approach and removed the support for dropdown submenus, ie. sub-sub-menus.

Submenus just don't have much of a place on the web right now, especially the mobile web. They will be removed with 3.0" - twbs/bootstrap#6342
