Improve Blogging Prompts answered state

When a user has submitted an answer for today's prompt, we're replacing the Answer button with an unclickable Answered label. Based on the user's review, they haven't answered, but the Answered label is already shown—therefore, it's possible that there might be a bug in the blogging prompts' answer detection.

In addition, perhaps we could further improve the experience:

• Allow the user to submit another response, or
• Make the Answered label tappable and show the user's answer post when tapped.
