Checkout Block Field not remove

Prerequisites

• I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
• I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

i have tired no option and hook are work to remove entire billing fields

Expected behavior

i want to remove field from checkout block. from billing

Actual behavior

when i remove field should be remove or add

Steps to reproduce

1. add to cart any product
2. go checkout
3. try to remove billing field with hook or template but its not working
4. try checkout block page

Isolating the problem

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
