How can fix it...

Hi there, @HighTechGalaxy.

Despite the screenshot, it's not really clear what is going on. Do you know which plugin or plugins added Action Scheduler, and have you tried disabling all other plugins?

There isn't enough information to say with certainty, but this feels like it may be the result of a plugin conflict of some kind.
