<br /><br />All materials are located in subfolders within<em>\\zebi2-> Special Collections -> Friends_of_Library</em><br /><br /><span style="color: #000000">Black instructions are for Kim. Kim will be renaming the photos and creating metadata describing them in a spreadsheet. You will need to use your judgment to determine if any photos are similar enough to be grouped together with a single description on the metadata spreadsheet. If you need to do that, simply record the range of file names in the appropriate column.<br /></span><br /><br /><span style="color: #ff0000">Red instructions are for Cindy. Cindy will create title metadata,looking over the metadata created by the student, then ingesting it and the files into DSpace. She will also create collection level metadata directly in DSpace.</span><br /><h1><b>File names for all collections:</b></h1><br />Format file names as <em>WLURG13_FOL_four digit consecutive numbering</em><br /><br />Continue the numbering onward from where it ended in the previous event.<br /><h1><b>Metadata for all collections</b></h1><br /><span style="color: #ff0000"><strong>Rights holder:</strong> James G. The Conflict by jeb rosebrook<br /><br /><span style="color: #ff0000">Change the title of the collection in the DR from <em>Event: The Conflict by Jeb Rosebrook</em> to <em>Donor Visit: </em>The Conflict by Jeb Rosebrook since I have learned this was not a public event, simply an internal photo opportunity. Jeb did not give a talk.</span><br /><br /><span style="color: #ff0000">Also please edit the collection description in the DR accordingly</span><br /><br />Grandberry, Montrose is the photographer<br /><br />The Conflict is a new screenplay written by Jeb Rosebrook, who graduated from W&L in 1967<br /><br />These photographs were taken when Jeb visited on June 14, 2013. He did not present us with a copy.<br /><br />Jeb Rosebrook was a writer for the TV show The Walton's<br /><br />The Mystic Warrior is one of his scripts, which we already owned in Spec Coll. You will see a picture of it<br /><br />People to note: The woman in the blue dress is Julie Campbell. The man in the green shirt is W. White for addition into our Special Collections. Rev. White was the pastor of Lexington Presbyterian Church.<br /><br />She is one of his decendents. She visited on June 14, 2013.<br /><br />Grandberry, Montrose is the photographer<br /><br />Maury Hanson, who is a FOL board member, is also pictured.
