Typography and glyphs updates

Typography:

• Updated typography ramp, classes, mixins, and functions.
• Added typography controls (headings, subheadings, paragraphs, and captions).

Glyphs:

• Changed glyph names to be more semantic.
• Added glyph function to get a glyph's unicode value.
• Changed "icon" to "glyph."
• Changed glyphs docs to be generated using JSON.

Other changes:

• Added Navbar component.
• Updated Dropdown control.

App theme for Windows 10

This release includes Windows 10 web app styles for most Bootstrap features like modal, breadcrumb, pagination, form controls (button, text box, etc.), and others. There are additional non-Bootstrap features like rating and tiles as well. These reflect the designs you'll find in the apps on the Universal Windows Platform on Windows 10. The next release is going to focus on web site designs used in Microsoft web site properties.
