Repro steps:

  • Go to any ListView example on try.buildwinjs.com
  • Touch an item

Results:
Item shows hover rectangle. We shouldn't show any hover state when the user interacts via touch

Updating the title to reflect that the fix for this not only applies to iOS, but also other webkit browsers (e.g. Chrome on Android), and it will not only address the hover issue for listview, but for other controls in WinJS + intrinsic controls.
