User Feedback: Have ability to fix phrases when typing them out.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Feedback from an end user: When typing a new phrase: If a mistake is made, there is no way to move the cursor back to the middle of a sentence. The entire sentence must be deleted up until the error. This is quite frustrating for patients because errors happen frequently when someone has aphasia.
