The purpose of this ticket is to a implement Mixpanel Integration event so that we can better understand the use case for our app.

We want to know when users are using touch vs head tracking for any selection on the application.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A new event called "User interacting with touch" is created
• This event will trigger when user taps any button while in head tracking mode which disables cursor.
• This event is a super property
• All events tracked are not tied to user private information
• Events track meets apple requirements to maintain App Store Privacy disclosure of "Data Not Linked to You"
