OBD2 over MUT3 protocol for Mitsubishi

Hi,
ELM327 chip isnt seems to work with Mitsubishi vehicles since it doesnt support MUT3 protocol. Can you guide me to convert this app to support MUT3 protocol.

I have EvoScan a paid software which does the logging job using Openport 1.3D cable which is based on FTDI chipset. (I found a java lib to access the FTDI driver here; http://bleyer.org/jd2xx/)
