open ebay first time no style bug

Bug description
I based on v5.2.0，build my self browser.
But I found , After started browser，I open the web site ebay(www.ebay.com) immediately，it usually cannot load css；
And other websites open more slowly than Google

To Reproduce
1.open v5.2.0
2.type the url www.ebay.com

Expected behavior
Fast and complete website loading
