Works: 'what' 'what'

'wh<cursor here>at\' 'what\'
cin' -->
'wh<cursor here>at\' 'what\'

This functionality works fine in this case:

'wh<cursor here>at' 'what'
cin' -->
'what' '<cursor here>'
