也许我会进行尝试,但是我是新手对代码以及南极相关工作不太熟练,可能进度会比较缓慢。我注意到有些数据集中有一些没有基岩高程,这是不是需要预先处理与REMA相减?
最后,感谢您的回复!也非常感谢您将深度学习与南极地形相结合的工作,如果我后续有问题或是进度再在github上联系您

我注意到有些数据集中有一些没有基岩高程,这是不是需要预先处理与REMA相减?

说真的,我还没仔细看Bedmap3的新数据。如果csv数据本生有surface elevation和ice thickness,最好是不用REMA,而是直接算bed elevation = surface elevation - ice thickness. 因为REMA v1 的surface elevation是coregistered到ICESat-1,日期大概是December 2008 (参考https://doi.org/10.5194/tc-13-665-2019), REMAv2是coregistered到ICESat-2,日期会稍微新一点(2018后?)。所以REMA的surface elevation未必和那些1970-20xx年的Bedmap3数据相同,这点要小心。
