Thank you for the book!

Would be great if you could mention, at least briefly:

  1. Where does Video/Audio processing happen? Ex. If I want to analyze video in real-time or apply certain filters, where would this component sit in the flow and how this affects everything (not sure if p2p works with this approach...)?
  2. Would be great to have a single terminology index
  3. System and flow diagrams would help a lot, ex. for standard cases, like a video group chat.

I would also appreciate if you could describe what WebRTC agent is, technically.

Thanks!!

Thanks you so much for the feedback!

All media stuff hasn’t been written yet, but we totally plan on doing it. I will leave this issue open until it is done.

Great idea on terminology. Maybe we should have a dedicated chapter? It can then link to other chapters where term is described etc... interested in helping get this started?

I am going to do an ‘Applied WebRTC’ chapter I think. With diagrams to explain all the topologies etc...

Would it be better to say WebRTC Client instead of WebRTC Agent?

Yep, exactly what I was thinking about!

I'm learning WebRTC myself right now, but sure, will be adding my findings along the way!!

Perfect, thank you so much!

I'm not sure what was meant by word agent in the book :) Ex. browser itself or some JS object, ex. one created by AgoraRTC.createClient, or something else.
