Content suggestion: Detail on sending encoded video

First of all - thank you for a really easy to read, yet technically satisfying book.

Appreciate this is still a work in progress, and this might be a duplicate request.

It would be great to see some detail on how a video frame is sent, especially video encoded by/through webrtc vs. frames encoded by the user and then sent by webrtc.
I'm still learning so that might not even be the correct terminology. If it was explained in the book, just think how much better would this suggestion be :-D
