This could be a little advanced, but since it is part of WebRTC, we should also include information about the stats and how each of them could be useful. More of a generic view I would say without going into the details of every stat webrtc provides

That's an amazing idea!

The first thing that jumps out to me is in the debugging chapter. It would be great to talk about how 'WebRTC works great on my machine' will be a common thing you hear.

Then talk about how metrics are the best way to combat this. Then we can talk about what metrics you should be watching.
