Events binding not working on component switching

I have multiple components with ngx-intl-tel-input

when I first load a component everything works fine all the validations and events are running okay and my component is like this

But when switch to another component having a phone input the validators are not working there and when i come back to the previous page the validators are stopped working. I really dont know what is happening here. Any help ?
