I have a besu which has a few million blocks. I only care about exploring the ones for the past few hundred.
Is there any way to get it to start indexing at a certain block or start indexing from the top down?

I don't think Epirus supports that at the moment. However, it is a nice feature to have.

Is the explorer open source? I cant find the actual code anywhere as its just a docker image.
