Incorrect time display, at task list

Hi,
The server and the user are in the GTM+3 time zone. There is no problem with the time when working with tasks. We arrange the start time of work as 09:00 and the end time as 18:30. However, when showing the tasks on the project page, it shows the hours as GMT, that is, 06:00 and 15:30. When we enter it to edit the task, it shows the hours correctly. (09:00 and 18:30)
Attached image number 1 shows the task entry, and image number 2 shows the tasks on the project page.

Note: It appears as 06:00 and 15:30 in the database.
