What's the status of this repo? No release in 2 years, 400+ issues unresolved. Is this project still - somehow - maintained?

You’re right there isn’t a lot going on.
I think I’m the only person listed in the MAINTAINERS file who’s still interested, though sadly I didn’t spend any time on Scope lately.

Maybe someone from Weaveworks will comment.

The only options are a community fork or Weaveworks transferring ownership.

If there's enough quorum I can make an Org/Fork.
