Operations missing in Ladybug reports

In Ladybug we found some genereerDocumentIdentificatie_Di02 without a following voegZaakdocumentToe_Lk01.

A lot of voegZaakdocumentToe_Lk01 operiations are missing as Ladybugreport.

Of course, these dont't have to be related, but in our case they always do! And at the time the documentIdentificatie is created a document was created in our DMS! With this documentIdentificatie.

This wouldn't matter so much a long as everything works fine, but some document don't get created at our DMS and we try to use Ladybug to find out why these documents were not craeted, but there's no log to show we even tried too...
