Look into Atomic Design to refactor our shared components

GOAL

To convert our shared components to follow the Atomic design methodology.
Atomic Design

We have a bunch of shared components that overlap in functionality. The goal here is to come up with appropriate components (atoms, molecules, organisms) to organize our shared components.

We should also update them on storybook
