SystemUI Crash when playing video

Description

When I read a video from Chrome or when I play videos with YouTubeBackground, SystemUI crash and reboot....

I think it does that also in some other cases (don't remember exactly which case).

As I have seen, It's when a Notification change its content, sometime the resource ID is null.

For YT, it happens at the end of a music (in a playlist usely).
