Summary

Add consistent logging through the wwinit process to indicate the beginning and end of each stage of boot.

This includes

  • ipxe configuration
  • grub configuration
  • wwinit scripts

Rationale

The boot process is often mysterious to people, and additional logging would help people know where problems are occurring.
