I don't find exe files in source code.zip. How to run udp2raw on windows?

there is a client-only version released at:

https://github.com/wangyu-/udp2raw-multiplatform/releases/tag/20230206.0

Thank you. But I still don't know how to run udp2raw on windows with the files download from https://github.com/wangyu-/udp2raw-multiplatform/releases/tag/20230206.0
Do I need to compile, similar to the ‘make’ command？

Is it the case that udp2raw doesn't support running on Windows? If it can't run, please let me know, and I won't attempt it again.
