20230206.0 binary version for Mac M1

I cannot run binary version [20230206.0] for Mac M1, I got exec format error: ./tinyvpn_arm error

tinyfecvpn is linux only.

if your ubuntu is arm 32 version, you can use the tinyvpn_arm inside the release.

But I think the virtual machine created on M1 should be arm 64 version. In this case, you have to build from the code by yourself.
