Event queue

This may include the queue where events are posted, and the "command" queue. Subscription to the command queue may be different type from the subscription to the "data" queue.

Event workers subscribe to both. But only one worker process an object from the data queue, while all workers should process objects from the command queue.

An example of a command is the request for workers to update their internal list of patterns to check.
