Direct Debugging on Android TVs from Android Studio

Enable USB Debugging on Android TV.
Connect Laptop and Android TV on same Wi-Fi
Note the local IP of the Android TV through connected Wi-Fi
Run this command in Android Studio

adb connect IP_ADDRESS

And voila!!!!
